1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. salted peanuts, chopped
Golden Delicious apples
Orange juice

Blend together all ingredients except the last two. Wash and slice apples; dip in orange juice. Drain. Arrange apples in concentric circles on a plate. Place dip in center of bowl. Sprinkle additional chopped peanuts on top of dip. Refrigerate.
