SHRIMP QUICHE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 stick butter, soft
1 c. flour
Miniature muffin pan

Cream together all ingredients. Generously grease 24 muffin cups. Press dough in bottom and up sides.

FILLING:

3/4 c. sm. cooked shrimp
1 egg
1/2 c. whipping cream
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. green onions, finely minced
1/4 tsp. dill weed
1/2 tsp. cayenne
1/2 c. Swiss cheese, shredded

Divide shrimp evenly and place in pastry shells. Combine all other ingredients except cheese and beat. Put 2 tablespoons into each shell. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes 24 tarts.
