CREAM CHEESE POUND CAKE 
1 (8 oz.) block cream cheese
1/2 c. Crisco
1 c. butter
3 c. sugar
3 c. plain flour
6 eggs
1 tsp. lemon flavoring (other flavorings may be substituted)

Cream Crisco, butter, cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy. Add flour and beat well. Add eggs, one at a time. Add flavoring. Pour in a greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 325 degrees for approximately 1 1/2 hours. Do not overbake.
