BEEF BURGUNDY 
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can mushroom soup
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1/2 c. red cooking wine
1 c. sour cream
1 med. chopped onion
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 lb. stew beef
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients, place in 1 1/2 quart casserole dish and cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 3 1/2 hours. Serve over noodles or rice.
