LEMON ICEBOX PIE 
1 egg yolk
1 can Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. lemon juice (1/4 c. lemon rind or lemon extract added)

Beat egg yolks, add milk and lemon juice. Mix well and pour into baked or graham cracker pie shells. Place in freezer to firm up.

Tip: For thicker pies, double recipe.
