12 slices bacon, crisply fried & crumbled
1 c. shredded natural Swiss cheese (about 4 oz.)
1/3 c. chopped onion
2 c. milk
1 c. biscuit baking mix
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 10 inch pie plate. Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion in plate. Combine remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in a blender on high or 1 minute with a hand beater. Pour into pie plate. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 35-40 minutes. Cool 5 minutes.
