CORN SALAD 
2 cans whole kernel corn, drained
1 sm. onion
1 sm. bell pepper
1 sm. jar pimentos

1/2 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Bring dressing mixture to a boil. Pour over vegetables and refrigerate overnight.
