CONCH CHOCOLATE PIE 
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 can condensed milk
3 eggs, separated
9-inch unbaked pastry pie shell

Mix cocoa and very small amount of water to form a smooth paste. Add condensed milk and blend well. Add egg yolks and stir mixture until well blended. Pour into unbaked pie shell, and bake at 350 degrees until mixture is firm in crust. Test by inserting knife into center. Remove from oven and spread with meringue. Return to oven and bake until meringue is golden.
