SCRAMBLED TOFU 
3 tbsp. sesame seed oil
1 tbsp. tamari, optional
1/2 c. sauteed scallions
1/2 tsp. sea salt
2 c. crumbled tofu
1/2 tsp. Gomasio seasoning

Add to skillet and mix until seasonings are evenly distributed. Heat and serve like scrambled eggs.
