PISTACHIO PUDDING | |
1 c. flour 1/2 c. nuts, chopped fine 1 tbsp. sugar 1 stick butter 1 oz. cream cheese 1 c. powdered sugar 1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip 2 pkgs. instant pistachio pudding 3 c. milk For crust, mix flour, nuts, sugar and butter. Spread in the bottom of a 13"x9" pan. Bake 10 to 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. Cream powdered sugar, cream cheese and half Cool Whip. Spread on cooled crust. Prepare 2 packages using 3 cups milk instead of 4. Pour over cheese mixture. Top with remaining Cool Whip. Refrigerate. |
