2 c. Bisquick
3/4 c. finely chopped fully cooked smoked ham
1 c. shredded Swiss or Cheddar cheese (about 4 oz.)
1/2 c. finely chopped onions
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. dairy sour cream
2 tbsp. snipped parsley (if wanted)
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2/3 c. milk
1 egg

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease rectangular pan 13x9x2 inches. Mix all ingredients together and spread in pan. Bake until golden brown, 25 to 30 minutes. Cut into squares.
