2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
4 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. cocoa
3 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. pecans
1 tsp. vanilla

Place sugar, milk, butter and cocoa in a saucepan and bring to a boil, cook for 2 minutes. Remove from fire and add the remaining ingredients. Stir well and drop mixture from a spoon onto waxed paper. Allow to cool.

Makes 30 to 40 cookies depending if a teaspoon or a tablespoon is used.
