BARBECUE WITH ROAST BEEF 
3-5 lb. roast beef
1 c. onion, diced
1/2 tbsp. black pepper
3/4 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 c. green peppers
1 c. celery
1 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Cut roast into small pieces. Roast in roaster 300-325 degrees for about 4 hours. If roasting in one roast size, roast for about 6 hours.

Add brown sugar and barbecue sauce to taste after meat has shredded and you are able to stir mixture in. Feeds approximately 4-6 people.
