NANCY'S CHILI 
2 1/2 lb. sausage, cooked
4 to 5 pork steaks, browned and cubed
1 large white onion, sliced
dash of garlic, salt and pepper
1 bag Shelby's chili mix (in a brown paper bag)
1 medium can tomato paste & 1 medium can water
3 cans pinto beans
3 cans fancy red beans

Mix together and simmer at least 1 to 2 hours.
