SHRIMP IN CURRY SAUCE 
1/2 to 1 lb. shrimp
6 tbsp. butter
8 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. curry powder

Devein shrimp, saute. Melt butter. Add flour, stir and cook over low heat until well blended. Add milk gradually, stirring constantly. Cook until thickened, then add salt and curry powder.

CURRY POWDER:

2 tbsp. ground coriander
2 tbsp. cumin
2 tbsp. turmeric
1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. black pepper

Combine.
