OVEN BEEF STEW | |
2 lbs. stew beef 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 soup can of water Sliced carrots, potatoes, turnips and onions, pared DO NOT BROWN MEAT. Mix all ingredients except vegetables. Put into 2 quart casserole. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 3 hours. Add vegetables for last 30 minutes baking time. Needs no thickening. |
