ORANGE GELATIN RING 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 pt. orange sherbet
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained

Dissolve Jello in the boiling water. Add sherbet immediately and stir well until melted (the sherbet takes the place of the cold water). Add oranges. Pour into 1 1/2 quart ring mold and chill until firm.
