1/3 c. mashed potatoes
1 3/4 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. coconut
Chocolate chips, melted

Mix all ingredients, except chips. Shape into balls. Place in refrigerator until very cold. Roll candy into melted chocolate chips.
