SPINACH BALLS (HOT) | |
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach 1 c. seasoned stuffing mix (fine, hot cubes) 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese 3 eggs, beaten 6 tbsp. butter Salt & pepper to taste Cook spinach; drain well. Combine with all other ingredients and mix well. Roll into walnut-sized balls. Place on cookie sheet. Freeze. After solid, store in plastic bag in freezer. To serve, bake in frozen state for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. |
