RED POTATO SALAD 
12 red potatoes, washed
1 bag broccoli, cauliflower, carrot mix
1 sm. bottle Italian dressing

Cut and boil potatoes. Thaw broccoli mix. When potatoes are done (soft), drain off water Mix in broccoli mixture. Pour on dressing and toss. Serve warm.

Makes 6 servings.
