FRESH PEACH PIE 
6 med. peaches, sliced
3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp. butter
1 Pet Ritz pie shell
Cool Whip

Peel and slice peaches. Mix dry ingredients. Combine with peaches. Pour into 9" unbaked pie shell and dot with butter. Cook at 400 degrees about 40 minutes. Serve with Cool Whip.
