SHERRY PORK CHOPS AND APPLES 
6 pork chops
3 lg. apples (pare and slice)
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. butter
Salt and pepper (to taste)
1/2 c. sherry

In heavy skillet brown chops on both sides in hot fat. Arrange apple slices in a greased baking dish. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon and dot with butter. Top with chops. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour sherry over chops. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
