PEPPER BREAD 
1/2 c. pickles (salad cubes)
3 c. self rising flour
1 lg. onion, finely chopped
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. Wesson oil
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
2 jalapeno peppers

Mix pickles, flour and onion together. Then add milk, eggs, Wesson oil, cream cheese and pepper. Mix well. Pour into 13"x9" greased baking pan. Bake at 450 degrees for 45 minutes. Cut into squares.
