GRAPE JELLY 
2 c. grape juice
3 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 bottle fruit pectin

Mix sugar and juice together in a saucepan over high heat. Bring mixture to a boil, stirring constantly. Stir in pectin all at once, then bring to a full boil and boil hard for one minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, skim off the foam and pour jelly into paper cups. Juice can be any fruit juice you like.
