1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 pkg. Dream Whip
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 can fruit cocktail
1 can pineapple, crushed
1 sm. jar Maraschino cherries
2 1/2 c. sm. marshmallows

Mix cream cheese, Dream Whip, milk and mayonnaise together. Beat until creamy. Fold in fruits and marshmallows. Freeze, cut in squares or slices to serve.
