CHICKEN SALAD 
4 c. cooked chicken, cut fine
2 tsp. grated onion
1 c. celery
1 c. minced green peppers
1/4 c. lite cream
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. vinegar

Mix last 5 ingredients. Pour over chicken mixture. Refrigerate.
