CRANBERRY JELLO SALAD 
2 tbsp. gelatin
1/2 c. cold water
1 c. boiling water
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. canned jellied cranberry sauce
1 c. broken pecans
1/2 c. crushed, drained pineapple
1/4 c. mayonnaise

Soak gelatin in cold water. Dissolve in boiling water. Blend cranberry sauce, lemon juice, pecans, pineapple and mayonnaise. Can add a drop of red food coloring.
