LEMON BUNDT CAKE 
1 box lemon cake mix
1 small instant lemon pudding mix
4 eggs
1/3 cup lemon juice
2/3 cup cool water
1/4 cup vegetable oil

Preheat oven to 350°F, grease and flour 10 inch bundt pan. Blend all ingredients in a large bowl; beat 3 minutes at high speed. Scrape bowl often.

Bake at 350°F for 45 - 55 minutes, or until it springs back when touched lightly in center. Cool right side up for 25 minutes. Remove from pan. Serve with your favorite topping.
