CREAMY ORANGE TEA RING 
2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. milk
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. raisins
1/4 c. chopped nuts
1 tbsp. grated orange rind

ICING:

1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. orange juice

Combine flour, 1/4 cup sugar, baking powder and salt. Cut in butter until mixture is coarse crumbs. Stir in milk, mixing just until moist. On lightly floured board, knead 5 times. Roll dough into 18x12 inch rectangle. Spread with softened cream cheese. Sprinkle with remaining sugar, raisins, nuts and rind. Roll up and seal well. Place seam side down. Cut edges at 1 inch intervals. Bake at 375 degrees, 25 to 30 minutes. When baked, drizzle with the icing.
