CHEESE GARLIC CHICKEN 
1 pkg. Good Seasons cheese, garlic salad dressing mix
1 c. instant potato flakes
2 eggs
1 tbsp. water
3 lbs. chicken
1/4 c. butter

Mix salad dressing and potato flakes in a bowl. Beat eggs and water in a separate bowl. Dip chicken in egg and roll in dry ingredients.

Place in a 9 x 13 pan in which melted butter has been placed. Bake at 350 degrees in glass pan or 375 degrees in metal 1/2 hour. Turn over and bake 1/2 hour more.
