BAKED OATMEAL 
4 egg
2 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar (white, brown, honey, molasses or mixed)
1/3 c. water
2/3 c. oil or melted butter, butter or shortening
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
6 c. oats (reg. or quick)
1 tsp. cinnamon or other spices to taste
1 tsp. vanilla extract or other flavoring
Raisins, apples (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees in 9x13 inch pan.

No need to grease pan. Mix 5 ingredients together with vanilla. Mix dry ingredients together. Add dry mix to first mixture and mix until oatmeal is well stirred in. Sprinkle top with brown sugar or drizzle with honey, if desired. Bake 30 minutes or until firm. Serve warm with milk like cereal or serve cold. Custom make it with fruits, flavorings to your own taste. Reduce recipe in half for smaller families.
