1 box Pillsbury Plus lemon cake mix

Mix cake mix per package directions except increase water by 1/2 cup. Let mix sit for 15 minutes, then bake as directed. 1 c. confectioners' sugar

Mix lemon juice with sugar. Pour 1/2 in bottom of flat serving dish. Place cooked cake on top and pour remaining lemon juice mixture over to coat edges and top.
