2 c. chopped apples
1 c. nuts
2 eggs
1 c. self-rising flour
1 1/2 c. sugar

Mix eggs, sugar and flour. Add apples and nuts. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 45 minutes in greased loaf pan.
