MACARONI MIX 
2 c. chicken, cut up (can use turkey, ham or other meat)
2 c. macaroni, uncooked
2 c. cheese, diced
1 onion, diced fine
2 c. milk
1 can mushroom soup

Mix all ingredients well and place in 9x13 inch pan. Set in refrigerator overnight. This allows the juices to soften the macaroni. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cover for the first 50 minutes and then remove cover and finish baking.
