Shredded coconut
Green food coloring
Sesame seeds

To assemble cookie: Place peppermint pattie on a vanilla wafer. Top with shredded coconut mixed with green food coloring. Top with another vanilla wafer. Place a few drops of water on the top vanilla wafer to make the sesame seeds adhere. Wrap in aluminum foil.
