1 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. salt
1 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. alum
2 1/2 c. flour

Heat water with coloring and salt until bubbles appear. Add oil and alum and stir. Add flour all at once and stir until forms a ball, knead until smooth and store in a tight container.
