LAYERED FRUIT SALAD 
Cantaloupe
Pineapple chunks (20 oz. can, drained)
1 apple (unpeeled)
2 fresh peaches
2 bananas
1 c. strawberries (whole)
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate

Cut all fruit into bite-size pieces and layer in a fruit bowl in order listed. Thaw orange juice and pour over top (undiluted). Do not stir, let set in refrigerator several hours or overnight.
