JALAPENO CORNBREAD 
1 1/2 c. self rising cornmeal
1 1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. oil
2 eggs
1 tbsp. sugar
Dash garlic
1/2 c. cream style corn
2 slices bacon, fried & crumbled
1/4 c. Jalapeno peppers, chopped
1/4 c. pimiento, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
3/4 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated

Mix in order and bake in 9 x 13 pan for 35 minutes in 400 degree oven.
