EASY CHERRY CHEESECAKE 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese (softened)
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. Cool Whip, thaw
1 can cherry pie filling

CRUST:

16 graham crackers, crushed
1/3 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. sugar

Mix crust ingredients and press into pie pan or 8 x 8 inch cake pan. Bake 10 to 15 minutes at 350 degrees. If you prefer, don't bake crust.

Beat together cream cheese and sugar. Blend in Cool Whip. Pour into cool crust. Spread cherry filling on top. Chill 3 hours. Top with whipped cream and a cherry and chopped nuts or any garnish.
