CHOCOLATE ANGEL FANCY 
1 (2 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
2 tbsp. water
3 egg yolks, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
3 stiffly beaten egg whites
1 (10 x 5 inch) loaf Angel cake or a tube cake

Break cake into pieces and place in 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Melt chocolate over hot water or in microwave. Stir in beaten egg yolks. Fold in egg whites, then whipped cream. Pour over cake pieces. Chill. If chocolate is too stiff, add a little hot water.

My kids called this bread crumbs and chocolate syrup.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
