MOM'S COCONUT-PECAN FROSTING
(Gooey Frosting)
 
1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. sugar
3 egg yolks
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Cook and stir over medium heat until it thickens. Add 1 1/3 cups coconut and 1/2 cup nuts. Beat by hand until thick enough. This frosting tastes great on a German Chocolate Cake!
