QUICK AND EASY ESCALLOPED CORN | |
1 can cream style corn 1 egg, beaten 1/3 c. milk Salt and pepper Diced pimento and green pepper (for color) 1/4 c. buttered bread crumbs Combine all ingredients except crumbs and pour into a buttered 1 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle crumbs on top. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 1 hour or until a knife inserted comes out clean. Personal note: Is a small recipe and can be doubled and put in a 2 quart casserole. |
