1 1/2 cups flour
3 tbsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 cups sour cream
3 eggs, beaten separately
5 tbsp. melted butter

Sift dry ingredients. Add beaten egg yolks mixed with cream and melted butter. Combine and stir quickly. Fold in stiffly beaten whites. Bake on a well seasoned preheated waffle iron following manufacturers instructions.
