SHERRY'S PANZANELLA | |
3 tbsp. balsamic vinegar 1/2 cup olive oil 1 tsp. minced garlic 2 cups halved cherry tomatoes 1 cucumber, cubed 2 chopped scallions 3 cups toasted French-bread cubes In small bowl, whisk together vinegar, oil, and garlic.
