PEPPY PIZZA PIES 
1 (10 oz.) can refrigerated flaky biscuits
1 (8 oz.) can pizza sauce
1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. sliced pepperoni
1 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 tbsp. parmesan cheese, grated

Separate dough into 10 biscuits. Place on greased cookie sheet 3" apart. Press out biscuits to form 4 to 5" circles. Pinch edge of biscuits with fingers to form small rim. Spread each biscuit with pizza sauce. Top with pepperoni, then sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese followed by parmesan cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Serve hot. Makes 10 tiny pizzas.
