BROCCOLI & CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
4 chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. sour cream
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. Tony's Chacher's Creole Season or salt & pepper to taste
Paprika
Sliced water chestnuts (opt.)

Spray dish with Pam. Bake chicken 35 to 45 minutes in butter and water (about 1/4 cup). Cut into bite-size pieces. Place chicken over barely cooked broccoli. Cover with water chestnuts (optional). Cover with sauce. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover with foil. Heat 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve over rice.
