NOODLE CASSEROLE 
3/4 lb. veal steak
3/4 lb. pork steak
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can chicken broth
1/2 to 3/4 pkg. cooked narrow noodles
1/2 lb. American cheese, grated
1 (14 oz.) can whole kernel corn with green pepper and pimiento
2 stalks celery
1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown meat in a hot skillet in butter; season with salt and pepper. Cover with the undiluted soup and cook until tender and soup is absorbed. Mix meat with cooked noodles, grated cheese, mushrooms, celery and corn. Place in buttered casserole. If you wish, save a little cheese to sprinkle on top. Bake 35 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
