PECAN PRALINES 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding mix (not instant)
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. dark brown sugar
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. pecans

Combine all ingredients in saucepan. Cook until sugar dissolves and mixture comes to a boil, stirring constantly. Continue cooking until mixture forms soft ball when dropped into a glass of cold water. Remove from heat and beat until thick. Drop on wax paper by spoonful to cool and harden.
