CAJUN RICE 
1 c. rice
1 can tomato sauce
1 med. bell pepper
1 med. onion
1 lb. ground round
2 c. grated cheese
2 tbsp. butter

Cook rice - brown and drain ground round. Cut onions and bell peppers then saute in butter until tender. Mix the above, then add tomato sauce and mix. Add 1 1/2 cups cheese. Put into deep dish. Add 1/2 cup cheese on top. Heat until cheese is melted. Serve hot.
