1 1/4 c. sugar
2 c. sugar
2 heaping tsp. cream of tartar

Let come to boil. Drop in:

18 Ritz crackers

Don't stir, boil 10 minutes (turn heat down). Pour into uncooked crust. Sprinkle with cinnamon and butter, bake until brown.
